Proceed to the payment screen by clicking the "Complete Order" button in the My Cart and Address step. Complete your order via Credit Cart payment which have 3D Secure System. When your order is completed, you will be sent an informative e-mail containing your order information. Do not forget to check your unnecessary (spam) e-mail if you cannot see it in your inbox.   Your Cargo information will be send to you as mail including tracking number after your orders dispatch. Customers who have placed orders will be deemed to have accepted the "Terms and Conditions". PAYMENT AT THE DOOR OPTION IN TURKEY

Proceed to the payment screen by clicking the "Complete Order" button in the My Cart and Address step. Click on the "Pay at the Door" option on the payment screen. In order to be able to place an order with the payment option at the door, you need to create a membership account and select the delivery to address option. When your order is completed, you will be sent an information e-mail containing your order information. Do not forget to check your unnecessary (spam) mails if you cannot see your e-mail in your inbox. This payment option is available only in Turkey.

Note: Payment at the door may be prohibited by our company or the products may be turned off to the option of payment at the door.

* Some of the Cargo Companies will send you a text message when your order arrives the destination branch. Confirm the accuracy of your contact information for a better tracking process.

Customers who have placed orders with the option of payment at the door will be deemed to have accepted the "Terms and Conditions of Payment at the Door".

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT AT THE DOOR

• You can benefit from our payment at the door option for your orders up to 1000 TL.
• Product returns and refunds are not available for orders placed with the option to pay at the door. You can use it as a change for new purchases of your order amount or more. Or you can request a gift voucher from our company, which you can use in your future orders, in the value of your order amount.
• The payment at the door option is only valid for orders placed from Turkey.
• If deemed necessary for the orders of buyers who prefer the payment at the door option, confirmation may received by phone. If your pending orders cannot be contacted with you, we may put them on hold and the shipping time may be extended.
• Orders with inaccuracies, deficiencies and contradictions in their information will not be approved and will be cancelled.
• For the buyers who have not received their order for any reason, their future orders will not be approved.
• The minimum order amount for payment at the door is determined by our company and may vary according to the campaigns.
• Our customers who have placed orders at the door payment option will be deemed to have accepted the "Terms and Conditions of Payment at the Door ".
