When will my order be shipped?

The orders you will place until 16:00(UTC+3) on weekdays will be delivered to cargo on the same day, and your orders after 12:00(UTC+3) on Saturday will be delivered to cargo on Monday for orders from Turkey.

The orders placed from countries other than Turkey, will be delivered to cargo in three business days because of the custom procedures.

Can I order from anywhere in the world?

You can order from Hapshoe.com from 95 countries. Click to view the countries open to international orders. If you want to order from places other than these, please contact us.

When will my shipment arrive?

In Turkey it takes 1-3 business days for delivery. International shipments are delivered to the specified address within 2-14 business days due to the customs clearance processes.

Am I going to pay the shipping fee?

Shipping is free for all orders you place 500 TL or more on Hapshoe.com for orders from Turkey.

Note: If the orders created with the cargo free campaign, are canceled / returned and the remaining amount does not meet the campaign conditions, the shipping fee is deducted from the product price to be returned.

Shipping costs will be added to the amount in your basket for your orders from abroad. Note: The customs tax or country VAT amounts that may occur in the country customs will be covered by you and the order should be placed in consideration of this situation when placing the order.

How can I get my invoice?

All products you buy from Hapshoe.com are sent with their invoices on your behalf.

How many days it takes for my return / exchange process to be completed?

For orders from Turkey, you can use your product return (right of withdrawal) within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the products to you. You can make your product changes within 30 calendar days from the date the product is delivered to you. The product to be exchanged or returned must be unused and must be sent with all accessories as shipped to you. The exit of your requested change product will be made within 1-2 business days, depending on the availability of stock.

For orders placed from the countries other than Turkey, detailed photos or videos showing every part of the product should be provided to us when creating a return and exchange request. After the documents are examined, the process of return and change is carried out. When the products reach us, your return or change process is concluded by going through the quality control process again and examining with the documents you provide.

How should I ship the return and change product?

You must pack your product and all accessories in the original box of the product and deliver it to Mng Kargo, Surat Kargo or UPS, which our company has an agreement with.

Make sure that the invoice and delivery note of the product you will return / change are visible in the package. The products whose invoice and delivery note are not on the package will not be received and will be sent back to you.

Your return / change product will be refused if the original box of the product is taped without being placed in the bag or is damaged in any way.

 

To which address will I ship my return / change product?

After you create a return or change request on our website for products to be returned or exchanged from within the country, you can send the products to our registered address in the cargo companies with our company codes specified in the system with Aras Kargo, MNG Kargo.

You only need to send us the products to be returned or exchanged from abroad by specifying our company code with UPS.

Who pays the shipping fee for the return and change process?

Shipping charges for the first change of your product belong to our company, and for the second time, the shipping charges belong to you (customer). Unless the second time change shipments to our company are paid by the customer, the products will not be accepted into our warehouse.

For international orders, transportation and customs clearance costs incurred / to be incurred in case of return and change will be covered by you.

Your package that reaches us in your returns is taken back to the quality control process and passed to the return approval. For orders received approval to return the first shipping cost to your cart projected by our brand, will be refunded the remaining amount deducted from your tax payment amount arising from the customs.

In case of a change request, after your product is delivered to us, the shipping cost for your new product is transferred to you and your new product is shipped to you with your payment approval.

How Can I Use My Discount Coupon?

You can activate your discount by entering your code on the coupon in the "Gift Vouchers" field in the right pane of the My Chart page.
