Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

Exchange Terms & Conditions

◯ Exchange requests can be submitted within 32 (thirtytwo) days following the delivery date, provided that the products are unused, in original condition, and with undamaged packaging.

◯ Exchange service is available only for orders delivered within Turkey.

◯ Products purchased through our online store can only be exchanged via our online sales channel.

◯ Exchange or return requests without the original invoice will not be accepted.

◯ If the requested size, color, or alternative product is unavailable in stock, the order amount will be refunded in full according to the invoice total.

◯ For exchange shipments within Turkey, customers may send the package via Sürat Kargo. The first exchange shipment is free of charge when sent with the return barcode automatically generated by our system.

 

◯ For second and subsequent exchange requests, shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

◯ Unpaid shipments sent via cargo companies other than the designated carriers will not be accepted.

   

Return Terms & Conditions

◯ Return requests may be submitted within 32 (thirtytwo) days from the date the order is delivered.

◯ Returned items must be: unused, unworn, in original packaging, complete with all accessories, and accompanied by the original documents.

◯ Products that have been used, unpacked, damaged, or have otherwise lost their resalable condition are not eligible for return.

◯ Products purchased from www.hapshoe.com cannot be returned through physical stores. All return operations are handled exclusively by our online sales unit.

◯ All returned products are subject to quality control inspection upon arrival. If any signs of use, damage, deformation, tearing, breakage, or missing packaging are detected, the return request will be declined.

◯ Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7 (seven) business days after the returned package is received and approved by our quality control team.

◯ Shipping fees paid during the original order are non-refundable.

◯ For cash on delivery orders, refunds are not available. Such orders may only be exchanged.

       

Return & Exchange Process for Orders Within Turkey

 

◯ Customers in Turkey can create a return request through their account and complete the shipment via Sürat Kargo.

 

◯ Returns sent with the barcode provided by our system are free of charge.

 

◯ ackages sent through other cargo companies as unpaid shipments will not be accepted.

 

Return & Exchange Process for International Orders

◯ Customers outside Turkey must first submit a return request through the My Account page. After creating the return request, shipping the product back to our return address is entirely the customer’s responsibility.

◯ International returns must be shipped via UPS.

◯ Return shipping costs, customs charges, and any related international logistics expenses are fully borne by the customer.

◯ International returns are not free of charge.

◯ Once the returned package reaches our warehouse, it will go through the standard quality control and return approval process.

◯ Approved refunds will be issued after deducting any applicable customs duties, banking charges, and non-refundable shipping costs.
