Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

CHANGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

◯ You can request the change or return of the products you ordered within 14 (fourteen) days following the day they arrive, provided that they are unused and the packaging is not damaged. Change is only available for orders from Turkey.

◯ The products purchased from our online store can only be changed from our online store.

◯ Returns and exchanges of products that are not sent with their invoices will not be accepted.

◯ If the number or color of the product you want to change is not available in our stocks, a refund is made as much as your total invoice amount.

◯ For change products, you can deliver to Mng Kargo shipping fee unpaid. In your second time change requests, the shipping fee is not covered by our store for orders from only Turkey.

◯ Unpaid packages from other shipping companies are not accepted.

   

RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS

• ◯ You can send and return your order with Mng Kargo for orders from Turkey, UPS Cargo for orders from other countries within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you receive your order.
• ◯ Used, unpacked or similar; Returns of products that have lost their originality due to those reasons are not accepted.
• ◯ Products must be returned in the original packaging, complete and undamaged.
• ◯ In order to return the product, the product must be sent with the invoice, the product must be unused and delivered with all the accessories as it reaches you.
• ◯ The products you purchase from www.hapshoe.com cannot be returned to our Hapshoe online stores and no refunds can be made from our other stores. Returns are handled by our online sales unit.
• ◯ The incoming product is first inspected by the Hapshoe quality control team. If the Hapshoe quality control team detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing or use in the product and its packaging, it will not accept the return of the product and will not refund the price.
• ◯ When the return is approved, the product fee will be refunded to you within 10 (ten) business days. This period starts with the receipt of the product you returned to Hapshoe. When your return process is completed, the detail will be sent to your e-mail address that you subscribed to our site.
• ◯ Refunds are not available for orders paid at the door. The product can be exchanged. If there is a price difference for the product to be exchanged, the price difference is invoiced by our company and collected by payment at the door.
• ◯ Shipping fee is not refundable for returned products.

   

RETURN AND CHANGE FOR ORDERS FROM COUNTRIES OTHER THAN TURKEY

• ◯ You need to request your return through My Account page. You need to send the detailed videos and photos or necessary visual materials of the products to our qulity control team. After they inspect the materials, your return request will be approved if the products seem approvable according to the Return and Change Terms & Conditions.
• ◯ After the approval, transportation and customs clearance costs incurred / can be incurred in case of return will be covered by you. You must send the products to be returned to us by UPS Cargo pre-paid, by specifying our company code.
• ◯ Your package that reaches us is taken into the quality control process and passed to the return approval. For orders received approval to return the first shipping cost to your cart Send Me projected by our brands and Turkey will be refunded the remaining amount deducted from your tax payment amount arising from the customs.

Returns must be sent via Mng Kargo, Sürat Kargo  or Aras Kargo for orders from Turkey, UPS for orders from other countries. Unpaid packages from other cargo companies are not accepted.
