- You can request a return within 14 (fourteen) business days following the day the product/products you ordered are delivered to you, provided that they have not been used and the packaging has not been damaged.

- Returned product(s) are first inspected by the return unit. For problems arising from production, the product will be sent to the manufacturer and the necessary procedures will be followed and sanctioned by our company.
Shipping and Delivery
- When will my order be shipped?
  The orders you will place until 16:00(UTC+3) on weekdays will be delivered to cargo on the same day, and your orders after 12:00(UTC+3) on Saturday will be delivered to cargo on Monday for orders from Turkey. The orders placed from countries other than Turkey, will be delivered to cargo in three business days because of the custom procedures.
- Can I order from anywhere in the world?
  You can order from Hapshoe.com from 95 countries. Click to view the countries open to international orders. If you want to order from places other than these, please contact us.
- When will my shipment arrive?
  In Turkey it takes 1-3 business days for delivery. International shipments are delivered to the specified address within 2-14 business days due to the customs clearance processes. - Am I going to pay the shipping fee?
  Shipping is free for all orders you place 100 TL or more on Hapshoe.com for orders from Turkey.
