Announcing the trend color of next year in December every year, Pantone Color Institute, the color of 2020 is classic blue; designated as Pantone with the catalog code 19-4052.

According to Pantone Color Institute; While Institute states that classic blue symbolizes simplicity, elegance and eternity, it also emphasizes that it represents our safe and stable basic desire that we will build upon as we move into a new era.

According to Leatice Eiseman, managing director of the Pantone Color Institute; 'Pantone 19-4052 classic blue, resembling the limitless blue of the wide and endless evening sky, encourages us to look beyond the obvious to expand our thinking, allowing us to think deeper, increase our perspective and open the flow of communication.'
