It is used for cleaning suede and nubuck products. The combi brush's wire and rubber mixture pushes out dust and mud between the hairs.
Usage: On suede surfaces, apply the wire part of the brush by pressing lightly in one direction.
On nubuck surfaces, apply the rubber part of the brush by pressing lightly in one direction.

You can request a return within 14 (fourteen) business days following the day the product/products you ordered are delivered to you, provided that they have not been used and the packaging has not been damaged.
You can create your change requests from your My Account - My Return Requests page.
When the return is approved, the product fee will be returned to you within 10 (ten) working days, which is the legal period. This period begins when our company receives the product(s) you have returned from the courier.

The product/products to be sent for return must be delivered to the cargo with the invoice appearing on the package.
Returns of products that have been used, whose packaging and product are deformed, whose labels have been torn off, and which have lost their originality are not accepted.
Products must be returned as received, in their packaging, complete and undamaged.
Returned product(s) are first inspected by the return unit. If the return unit detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing or use in the product and its packaging, it will not take the product back and will not refund the price. For problems arising from production, the product will be sent to the manufacturer and the necessary procedures will be followed and sanctioned by our company.

When will my order be shipped?
The orders you will place until 16:00(UTC+3) on weekdays will be delivered to cargo on the same day, and your orders after 12:00(UTC+3) on Saturday will be delivered to cargo on Monday for orders from Turkey. The orders placed from countries other than Turkey, will be delivered to cargo in three business days because of the custom procedures.

When will my shipment arrive?
In Turkey it takes 1-3 business days for delivery. International shipments are delivered to the specified address within 2-14 business days due to the customs clearance processes. Am I going to pay the shipping fee?
Shipping is free for all orders you place 100 TL or more on Hapshoe.com for orders from Turkey. Note: If the orders created with the cargo free campaign, are canceled / returned and the remaining amount does not meet the campaign conditions, the shipping fee is deducted from the product price to be returned. Shipping costs will be added to the amount in your basket for your orders from abroad.
